Vegetable Patties with Lentil Flour

1 dl lentil flour
1 dl oatmeal
½ dl sesame seeds
2 dl water
3 dl chopped vegetables (eg onions, leeks and carrots)
2 cloves crushed garlic
½ tsp. salt
pepper, paprika, chili and cumin
oli for frying eg rapeseed oil

1Stir the lentil flour, oatmeal and sesame seeds together.
3Stir the dough until it is even and without lumps.
4Add the chopped vegetables, crushed garlic, salt and spices.
5The dough should now have the consistency of thick porridge.
6Shape the patties with a spoon and then fry them on the pan with oil undtil they are crips and golden on both sides.
7The vegetable patties are good to eat both hot and cold.
Tip
8For a range of delicious patties you can try replacing the vegetables with squash, mushroom, cauliflower, beetroot or red pepper.
9The spices can be replaced with eg coriander, thyme, capers, curry, ginger or rosemary.
