Stir the lentil flour, oatmeal and sesame seeds together.
Add the water.
Stir the dough until it is even and without lumps.
Add the chopped vegetables, crushed garlic, salt and spices.
The dough should now have the consistency of thick porridge.
Shape the patties with a spoon and then fry them on the pan with oil undtil they are crips and golden on both sides.
The vegetable patties are good to eat both hot and cold.
For a range of delicious patties you can try replacing the vegetables with squash, mushroom, cauliflower, beetroot or red pepper.
The spices can be replaced with eg coriander, thyme, capers, curry, ginger or rosemary.
